What removal day looks like
- Imaging and planning: we check root shape and the position of the nerve before anything is booked
- Anaesthetic: local freezing, with sedation available if you would rather not be fully aware
- Access: for impacted teeth a small gum incision, and sometimes the tooth is sectioned to remove it cleanly
- Removal and cleaning: the socket is irrigated and debris removed

Aftercare that actually prevents dry socket
